I am a truck driver and I managed to make a trailer convertible under a bridge. The local law enforcement gave me a RECKLESS DRIVING ticket among other tickets. That is a CAREER ENDING TICKET for me. I called Rod Mastandrea and he DISMISSED THE TICKETS IN LESS THAN A MONTH!!! Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. IF YOU EVER MAKE A MISTAKE CALL ROD. Extremely professional, cordial and back straight, he kept me up to date and told me not to worry. HE DELIVERED!!!

This was my first experience with a lawyer and Rod made it as easy and stress free as possible. He was quick to respond to any questions with throurough answers, which helped give me peace of mind leading to my court date. Throught the entire process Rod went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and at ease. He was able to resolve my legal matters and follow through on all promises. I would highly recommend this lawyer to anyone looking for legal representation. Thanks again Rod!

The best lawyer in South Euclid Ohio. Rod helped us tremendously, we were in Cleveland South Euclid/Beachwood for a funeral and Sunday morning on our way to breakfast after a devastating loss we were stopped by a Beachwood police officer for going 42 miles an hour on Harvard Road . Rod was professional, available, answered all of her questions, and dealt with the ticket professionally and successfully reduced are fine by 85%. Fair, effective, and an all around great guy.

I was accused of committing a hit skip, and the stress of hearing the penalties made me lose a lot of sleep. Then I called Mr. Mastandrea and he assured me everything would work out for the best. He kept his word and got the hit skip dismissed and all I had to do was pay court costs and a small fine. If you want peace of mind in the time leading up to your court date hire Rod Mastandrea.

Rod was very helpful, he always answered my questions without any delay. Some of my questions were stupid and I asked them more than one time, he answered them patiently and explained me whats going to happen. He had a good relationship with the people in the court, it helped me get out of the court very soon, I did the right thing hiring him. Hope you don't get into any sort of trouble, but if you do I will definitely recommend him.

Rod walked through a very challenging situation with us and a close family member. Not only was he an expert in the law and the ins and outs of the court system, but he kept us proactively informed during the whole process. Very accessible. I valued Rod's counsel. He did not hesitate to give us a realistic perspective. He did not tell us what we wanted to hear, but what we needed to hear. As a consultant myself, I understand the discomfort associated with "billing by the hour." Rod's billing was fair, accurate and clear. I never at anytime felt he was "churning" the hours to generate more revenue. He was respectful of our time and dollars. I hope to never need his services again, but If I do - He will by my first call.

I was referred to Mr. Mastandrea when I was on the cusp of potential charges for an OVI, and Non Compliance (driving without insurance). Background on my case: I did NOT blow in the breathalyzer, but performed two sobriety tests, and failed according to the officer. I was in a skirt and heels on the side of the highway while it was raining. I was told that I would have a court ordered attorney represent me at my hearing, however when I arrived early on location for my hearing, the court ordered attorney was no where to be found. The clerk of courts assured me that I would speak with him before my hearing, but I was not willing to risk it, we were now 30 minutes from my plea hearing and still no attorney. So I called Rod. He was on his way, right away. We went over the details of my accusations and he represented me for my first plea. I plead not guilty. Afterward, he thoroughly educated me on what was to come next. I was well prepared for my next appearance in court, and understood the laws and potential extremes of each violation. My OVI was reduced to a Failure to Control with fines, and 3 days in a hotel OVI education class. My non-compliance was not reduced, however, I was guilty of that. I received only minimal fines. My license was suspended for 6 months because I didn't blow in the breathalyzer, much better than having an OVI. Now, fast forward one year. I was pulled over by a state trooper going 59 mph in a 25mph zone at 3:00am. The trooper asked me to step out of my vehicle, and stated he smelled the presence of alcohol. I had not been drinking at all. I remembered everything Rod had reviewed with me from our previous case, thus helping me to not incriminate myself. Of course he is hired again, and I have a lot more piece of mind going into this new case. He filed a motion to where I didn't have to appear in court for my plea hearing, and managed to get me a very close court date, which is hard, considering all of the people pulled over for OVI in Ohio around the holidays. Our case is promising and what's even better is I know I have peace of mind because Rod Mastandrea is representing me.
