Some states are decriminalizing or legalizing marijuana, which might make you think that smoking pot is no big deal. Here in Ohio, though, recreational pot smoking is still illegal. There are a few things you should know beforehand so that if you or someone you’re with gets caught smoking pot, you can make the best of your situation.
